Notice of Tideland Lease Renewal
The Alaska Rainforest Sanctuary wishes to renew it’s tideland lease with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough for ADL 61406 (ATS 200). The intended use shall be for a nature observatory.
The tidelands are located:
Alaska Tideland Survey 200 (Tract C) within Protracted Section 36 Township 75 South, Range 91 East, Copper River Meridian and contains 0.708 acres more or less, according to the survey plat filed in the Ketchikan Recording District on September 16, 1993, as Plat #93-32 Amended
The annual lease rate shall be in the amount of $602.50, and may be subject to adjustments. The lease term will be 55-years.
