The Ketchikan Gateway Borough is planning to subdivide a 37-acre waterfront property located at 17 Miles North Tongass Highway. Public input is being sought and will be considered in the development of preliminary subdivision designs.
A design workshop is scheduled for February 8, 2024, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the White Cliff Building First Floor Conference Room. All interested individuals are invited and encouraged to participate and discuss ideas with a design professional. Maps, materials, and information will be provided. Borough staff will be available to answer questions.
