Mayor Dial delivered his State of the Borough Address to the Greater Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce on March 7th. He provided information on the Borough’s fiscal outlook, including revenues and expenditures, capital projects and economic development programs. His presentation covered the accomplishments of the various Borough departments in 2023 as well as the goals for 2024.
