Each summer, KGB Parks & Recreation hires enthusiastic, responsible staff to help lead activities, supervise campers, and create a fun and safe environment. Camp staff help organize games, crafts, outdoor adventures, field trips, and special spirit days while building strong connections with campers and fellow staff.
Working at Summer Camp is a great opportunity to:

Summer Camp typically has 2–3 Camp Leaders and several Camp Counselors working together to provide a safe and engaging experience for all campers.
