Not Sure Which Permit You Need?

Start here:

  • Building a new structure or addition? → Zoning Permit
  • Proposed use listed as “C" or "Conditional”? → Conditional Use Permit
  • Development in a mapped flood zone? → Floodplain Development Permit

If you are unsure, contact Planning before submitting an application.

Before You Apply

Incomplete applications may delay processing.
