A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) is required for certain land uses that may be appropriate in a zoning district but need additional review to ensure compatibility with surrounding properties.
Review Process:
- Complete Conditional Use Permit Application
- Staff review for completeness
- Public notice provided
- Public hearing before the Planning Commission
- Commission decision with possible conditions of approval
