Before you apply:
- Confirm your zoning district.
- This can be done by searching your property on the Borough GIS Maps.
- Verify your setbacks.
- Check your floodplain status.
Application Materials:
- Completed application form.
- Complete to scale site plan.
- Elevation drawing.
- Other relevant documentation as necessary.
